Shipping Information  


We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is as smooth and seamless as possible, and that includes delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:  


Once you place your order, we work quickly to prepare and dispatch your package. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days. After your package leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location, but most orders will arrive within approximately 10 to 15 working days. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as local holidays, customs procedures, or unexpected delays.  


We ship all packages via EMS (Express Mail Service), a trusted and secure courier service. In some countries, EMS partners with well-known local delivery services to ensure your package reaches you safely and efficiently. For example:  

- Colis Privé in France  

- Post AT in Austria  

- POST lux in Luxembourg  

- Bpost in Belgium  


A signature may be required upon receipt of your parcel, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected timeframe. If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, don't worry—you will receive an email notification with further instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your parcel from a designated collection point.  


It's important to note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid any issues.  


In the event that your package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, we regret that we are unable to re-ship it. Instead, a refund will be processed, and you will need to place a new order if you still wish to receive the items.
